Vinyl "diffuser"

hey all!

I've been thinking of buying an aftermarket diffuser for my Lancer but the cost and possible permanent damage to my bumper kind of puts me off. So I was thinking of adding some matt black vinyl to a small part of the bumper. Also, I'd have to remove the mudguards to install a diffuser.

I really want to add something black to the back of the car to give it a nice balance of b/w.

What do you all think? Is it too ricey?

Here are 2 different styles I've photoshopped on.

Thanks for the feed back guys! Hoping to get more people to give their opinion because I'm so indecisive lol

I'll most likely create a vector template and share it with everyone here :)
