very nice shots... is this going to be a new meet location from now on rather than the usual bunker?

This wasn't the actually the Olympic Blvd original meet point, it was just down the road.. We only came here cause it had cover.
The actual original meet point is way better but has to be good weather.
We could use this in future for when it gets rained out.

It did hiss down but it was great to catch up with everyone
BTW in the pic I was trying to stop Trevor from escaping
He gets a little annoyed if I don't let him hang his head out the window!!! Bwaaahahahahaha
Terrific to see the QLD boys and overall a top effort by all considering the weather! - hence the move to be under cover LOL
This may be one of our preferred meet points from now on
Plenty of space and Maccas and Subway close for food
It was a top day....

Well done...!
Adrian, even though we set a high benchmark up here... we need a 30+ meet to up the ante! They are getting big numbers in the rain down in Sydney!!!!
Did anyone have some eye-popping mods? more pics?

Tenchi, you have great skills with the camera! I like some of the feature shots and the rain makes them pop!
Well done +1

the grey CJ with the red stripe at the front is a nice touch

Thanks bd-850, It's my Aspire.
The red stripe was to cover the cut-out slots left behind after removing the factory chrome bottom grill.
I also replaced the top grill with the Mitsu Sports Upper Grill option. Wanted it all to look classy in keeping with the Aspire theme, but with a little sportyness in it.
Thats why I opted out for the blacked-out look. That looks good on the other models.
The red was a Golf GTI inspiration, but I'm going to try silver/chrome stripe and see how it looks.
Also centered the Number Plate (higher to centre of bar).
Cheers: Sam
