I would highly recommend the TWM shortshifter people
I have one in my VRX with the metal base bushes and the shift is now very crisp precise and direct
No more slop or vague feel and the throw between gears is short and feels very definite
A worthwhile addition = my two cents

i kinda recall your car having a makeshift shortshifter already? heheh we should perhaps get these new puppies installed together, could use some expertise with the install
