Unplanned site downtime on Sunday 04/12/11

Some of you may have experienced some downtime with the website today.
This is due to a known issue, I identified a number of weeks ago (prior to the website being handed over to me) with the code relating to duplicating the Photobucket/Imageshack/etc image duplication feature when making posts.
Unfortunately due to poorly designed and implented code, under certain events this script will go into an infinite loop and fill the hard disk with redundant data. As a result the other processes on the server to go into a "fail safe' mode and prevent access to the SQL database to safeguard the integrity of the data.
As an interim measure I've disabled the Photobucket/Iimageshack duplicator for a few days, until I have some to time to re-engineer the related code and deploy it.
Apologies for the recent downtime, it's not something I can predict, and due to my schedule this weekend was not able to get to get to a computer sooner to fix it on both occassions it occured.
