What happened to the topic about 'What happens to the Club money," why was it removed ???? whats the point of having a forum if topics are removed !!!

It probably interferes with the method in which the club owners want to run the club... no sense breeding dissent. Also, there were elevated emotions by some members, another less-than-satisfactory outcome...
It has been preserved, just not visible for the moment.

Well, removing certain posts also aims to keep the peace and foster an inclusive forum, not ostracising people or their views..
If it makes you feel better, some of mine have been removed in the past too...

Im sure it will be put back. The club is revising its finacial position so having a thread asking where the money is going probley isnt the best thing at the moment since we are still in discussion on what is going to be revised, changed etc.
But as many have said, it pays for competitions, hosting fees, club events and prizes.
Its a valid question and dont take it as us trying to keep things from the members. We will update the club on the finacial workings and try to be as transperant as possible when we have come to a conclusion on changes that need to be made and we will let everyone know whats going on.

Its currently all being revised Troy. We will have an update on the changes soon. This includes changes to the committee, moderators etc.

Thanks Michael for the reply.
I feel there are a lot of things in the club that happen that we don't see.
There are some active members in the club that feel we are hidden from these things.
It would be great to have more hidden section to the club that members could see and discuss.
The higher the member the more the input.
Please don't take my opinion as criticism though. I love the club and some times don't word what I mean correctly and can be taken the wrong way by some.

Of course not mate. You opinion is highly valued in the club
Hence the reason for this re-arrangement. We are making some changes to involve more members in more decisions which will ultimately help the club grow bigger and bigger. We are just discussing how we are going to go about it
Hopefully we will have our decision up in the coming days and weeks. This change will be implemented slowly so everyone will just have to wait
