Hey all. I've finally decided to start modding after getting my sound system replaced.
I'm interested in some ideas. Now they need to be on the cheaper side as I can only really spend little amounts at a time
Keen to hear some ideas

Best mod for price vs end look in my opinion is blacking out the chrome on your front grill as well as the bar below to give it that evo look

Besides that just search ebay - there are plenty of cheap things you can do to your car

Have a look at some of the "build" threads on here to see what other people have done to their car

Did you just do that with plasti dip?

You could also use some carbon wrap for the bit where the plate goes, I've found it much better that plasti dip and will probably last longer.

See the bit where the plate goes on my car is already black :) was like that from factory. I like the carbon idea though

Okay cool. Id only need to do the chrome though. What about side mounting the plate?

I think you can buy kits to side mount the plate, sure someone else here knows where.

Have a look at my profile to see the before pics

I did the chrome and the entire bar below the grill so that the grill looks like it continues down

Very common - in my opinion the best/cheapest visual mod available

I think mars performance sells the side mounting kits. do you know whether they're legal by chance?

Alright yeah didn't think of doing the whole lot. Might look into that also

They're legal so long as they're on the passenger side of the bumper.

Team Wild speed at Wethrill Park sell them.

Haven't been down there for a while so they may or may not still have them in stock, worth a shot plus you might find something else you like there.
