Hey Mark, not that most of us have legal mods on our car... something like this, is it legal? I mean being quite a noticeable thing to cops, I can't remember where, but there has to be a certain viewing angle from the front and side to be able to see the license plate.
Again, just something cops might pick up easier, than a less obvious mod.

I've seen a few people with these. I'm happy with my numberplate on the front

as far as i know in SA it is ok so long as its on the passenger side and still on the front of the car , this might vary between states though so double check before u do it i say

Yeah there is a couple of topics about this
This one may help you

I've got mine on the passenger side as well as a couple others however Aryton has his on the driver side
In all honesty... I'm glad I'm the only one in NSW that has it as its still original... I know there's one down in Vic and 2 in Qld but I reckon it will ruin the originality if everyone starts side mounting their number plate
My 2 cents anyways

Btw this is the same one as mine... It needs to be a few cm's longer to properly hold the number plate... It's a massive pain to get it to hold onto the bumper
But the biggest question is:
Is it a spare of moment thing, as you have to drill 2 holes to hold the mounting bracket... So if you ever change your mind you will have 2 x 12mm holes on the passenger side

I actually like it, and have the side mount for my replica evo x bar, so I may go that way when it's painted and take a chance
