Slightly off topic, just passing info that I was told...
After you've had the KS fitting, run on them for approx. 2 weeks and then get a wheel align.
Because apparently the KS need time to bed in otherwise you'll need another wheel alignment once they are bedded.
More to you question, I was told by my local garage that I'd need a complete 4 wheels alignment if I changed to KS or Tein or any other suspension set up.
