Slightly off topic, just passing info that I was told...
After you've had the KS fitting, run on them for approx. 2 weeks and then get a wheel align.
Because apparently the KS need time to bed in otherwise you'll need another wheel alignment once they are bedded.
More to you question, I was told by my local garage that I'd need a complete 4 wheels alignment if I changed to KS or Tein or any other suspension set up.
Just passing along the info that I was given.

The re-alignment after lowering springs are installed is usually needed for camber correction. When the car is dropped, the suspension tends to have more negative camber, which could result to uneven tyre wear.
I guess what David said is the best thing to do. Let the springs sink in for maybe a week or 50 km., whichever comes first, then have all four sides re-aligned. For me, spending extra for the rear is for peace of mind, longer tyre life and better drivability.
