While I want to extend my sympathy to this man's family, the problem is that we are in someone else's land. Our soldiers are unwelcome guests in Afghanistan so I have to say the inevitable happened, and it will keep on going until they are sent back here.

RIP, condolences to friends, family & all who knew him.
A year or so ago when another Aussie sadly lost their life in Iraq I spoke to their mother & helped her fix her work phone (I do tech support in Telstra) and she was distraught about it, I felt so bad for her.
No parent should ever have to bury their child.
