You guys know what I mean.

Sleeping. In Perth.

Having your car stolen must be the worst thing in the world (second worst: totalling it, third worst: having your car keyed). What I'm saying is I'm surprised people thought an Evo wasn't WORTH stealing.

Stealing a car from the street is relatively low risk. Used to happen to lots of WRX.

Then when security improved, they resort to breaking into the house while people are out to steal the keys. This requires surveillance, planning and risk of identification.

Home invasion requires more man power and more risky. What turns out to be a 1 man job becomes a 3 men job (in this case). It requires more surveillance, planning and carry additional risk of identification and real risk of injury. On top of that, there is the increased penalty if caught.

So I am surprised at the level of risk taken for a car in that price range. I wonder what the buyer is paying.

Do you think its an insurance scam?
