Ahh, quite a good read. But also, I agree with the reaction of... "speechless".

I was trying to help this lady at my work just the other day, telling her where she needs to go since she was in the wrong building. As I was explaining where to go, she said she's been wondering around for the last 45 minutes. So I got a disposable map out to give extra service, (didn't have to) and then went into more detail on where to go. Then she asked me when does shut. So I looked at my watch and said maybe 10 minutes.

She then ripped the map in half and said she won't make it. Then simply walked out. Lawl.

Agreed.
There really are some stupid people out there, recently we have had so many umbrellas turn up (after windy days) returned with the comment "wind turned inside out" or "pole snapped in breeze", I even had a bogan yokel come back with a chainsaw, ADMITTED he dropped it from 5m up a tree, and carried on about how "at the end of the day its faulty manufacture, the handle shouldnt snap"

now that was a funny read but if i have learnt anything from working in customer service and just general service people really can be arsehole and i think people are becoming less intelligent
