With such a low starting price for the ES, are they intending on manufacturing in Thailand or similar? We're talking almost Nissan Tiida prices now :P

I have to say that the Activ was what really got me interested in actually purchasing the Lancer. Very good style and value for that price, especially compared with other cars. Seeing how the Lancer is closer to the end of the generation now, I would probably expect there to be a lot of "limited editions".

Same as the one on the outlander I profiled on Youtube. The Mitsu logo is red on the startup.

That's great news Ofey ..... If I could change mine To Blue on my VR I would be happy As , But I have already looked into it & not possible :(

Life sucks.
It happens.
How do you think I felt after I bought a limited edition Olympic Edition and then seeing an Aspire 4 weeks later?

What about those people with the first generation VRX's? Even VRs now have cup holder covers. They don't!

Companies never reward first up buyers.
You always pay premium for new technology.

I reckon you should look to buy a car that has the features you want. If its there be satisfied.

I'm not sore on most of the new features except the added insulation. Most of the rest I have in some form.

No word on styling changes ofey?

Most places are usually like 'new foglight design'!

They'll probably come out with ANOTHER spoiler :wink:

I guess we'll get all the real changes next update round...

I give up. I should get out while my car is still worth something. Every year I see upgrades, why didn't they do anything much for 2009?!?

Perhaps I should look into snagging a MY10 RA for "weekends".

There u go, I mean the auto headlights, wipers and smart keys have been put into our ars, if windows can be made auto down then what's so difficult bout making them go auto up, then copy and paste that switch three more times for the other windows

It's not like I'm asking them to put in night vision or park assist, where the car parks it's self our tells u what to do and when

I reckon the window adjustment panel will need to change, so that's one part we'll need to buy. Sensibly, it's the way the signal is sent from the switch. So I'm hopeful.

Let's not get too excited boys we'll cross the bridge when we get to it.

i would say it would be a programmed timer buildin to the ECU, and get its signal from a 3 or 4 way switch.

someone can proably make up a simple timer circuit to do the same thing.

using a 555 timer a couple relays, resistors, diodes, capasitors. it can be make as an off side module.

Actually was thinking bout, they would need some way of detecting if something was jammed in the window, could u imagine a kids head thru the window as it winds up if it didn't stop
I think Benz works on how many amps r being used to work out if it needs to stop the window

the motor wouldnt have enought torque to damage anyone anyway, so it would just stop, like when you do it manually in our cars

but yes i would say benz would have that as a safty thing

The safety feature used is similar to that of the elevator doors from what I know.
