ohhhh BUURRRRNNNN :P

That looks mighty nice... I think if you change instrument clusters, you need to go back to a Mitsu dealer and get them to do something funky with the ECU... I can't see them being a cheap item to purchase though!

True to the mitsu dealer thing, they'd need to call head office in japan to get a special code for your car, then reinput the kilometres into the new instrument cluster. I had issues with the instrument cluster in my mazda and thats what they had to do.

My local wreckers had 2 ES CJs...

I was going to get he 2 clusters and mod them differnt ways... They wanted $400 each!!!!

I had $200 cahs in my pocket, offered them that but they turned me down!

Trouble is, the Dealer has to program the ECU inside the cluster with the VIN and they may or may not charge for that on top of the cost of the cluster. A little birdie told me the current CJ cluster price is in the thousands... Hate to think how much a colour one would be!.. but ofey's te man for that!

EDIT: @ bungfritz: Our Main ECU keeps the ODO reading so I am told it carries over automatically... It's just the VIN that gets programmed here. I'm only going from what my sources tell me though.

If it's compatible and a good price I'd love one :D
