Agree with Shamrock. Keep the loads varying and don't rev the sh** out of for the first 1500.
There are articles for running in hi po engines. You want to force the rings hard against the bore. Less bypass /leakage is more power. The only way to force the rings is to load he engine..that deep strugglign sound as it trys to rev out. Race engines are run in by allowing everything to warm up (don't thrash a cold engine ever!) then reving the engine WITH LOAD...start the loads light (e.g slight incline...race engies on dyno loading) and longer duration on load, but limit the revs to say 3000 to 4000. Over time increase the load (steeper hills) and rev it out a bit more and a bit faster from low revs...accross the whole rev range eventally. THere is a school of thought that the way you treat the engine before it reached even 500km will determine final actual horsepower.
For me....sh1t it has a 10 year 100,000 mile engine waranty for some reason. That reason? They trust their product! Use it and enjoy! I used the HP early...from about 500km on the clock

Agree with all of the above
I drove mine in varying degrees and it runs fine
Worst thing you can do is baby it
Bores get glazed (Too smooth) and the engine will use more oil
