Good Evening All,
As you may (or may not) be aware, I had attempted to run Club Elections as per the Constitution process as we have done in the past but unfortunately the lack of nominations meant that it would have been a waste of time to run as per normal.
I've been thinking about this for awhile now and regardless of the outcome of said nominations I had discussed with Troy that it was time for me to step down and hand the reigns over to someone else. With that being said, I will be handing the reigns over to him to breathe some new life back into the forum and recruit some fresh faces but will always remain in the shadows
If you'd like to be a part of the committee then feel free to PM him personally.
***** ALERT - Nominations for your new ClubCJ Committee can be made here *****

Re: Where do we go from here?
Guess the forum is pretty dead nowadays. it’s got plenty of useful info though even though there is barely anyone ever online to respond to questions or offer advice. A lot of old broken image links doesn’t help though. Sign of the times. I’ll keep posting though. Always nice to look back on progress even if it’s for my own sake lol
Re: Where do we go from here?
Thank you for your time and efforts. Theres still plenty of good info on here and still gets some added to it

Re: Where do we go from here?
I'd be happy to help in any way I can but exclude myself as a candidate, due to my limited knowledge of the internet
and therefore would be more a liability then an asset. My hat is off to you Justin R and Aspir3 and the others for the tremendous effort and time you two and the others (plus omissions) have devoted to the Club

Re: Where do we go from here?
Would I be correct in stating that lack of nominations was a result of an ongoing problem caused by what appears to have been an
unfathomable malady throughout the time frame of the period for lodging nominations and secondly lack of knowledge of newer members, not knowing how to lodge a nomination and as to whether a nomination needed to include the position for that nomination.
Those are possible reasons my submission could have probably been void.!!??!

Thanks for your efforts keeping clubcj alive Justin, I certainly appreciate it.
And, cheers Troy for stepping up to bat.

Re: Where do we go from here?
I have a few ideas that hopefully will get a few more members active. I'm looking forward to the challenge and bringing on board some active members to help

Re: Where do we go from here?
Cheers Justin for all your help, I am always willing to help out if I can, I once was part of Hyper Australia as a moderator but also saw a decline of modified Hyundai cars. It is quite a tough one with Mitsubishi pulling the lancer brand out of the market place and with this site primarily only being suited to CJ lancers.

Re: Where do we go from here?
It’s been nice seeing a little influx of new members, hopefully new ideas can be brought to the forums, the Cj lancer is still so common and lively in the Australian market, the lancer shall live on for many more years let’s hope with more updates, and more members finding their own little project in the future! Would love to see this forum explode with events, projects and more members!
We are all in it for the fun!

I don't think that will happen as that is based on older lancers.
