After over a year of trying to get this issue resolved, Mitsi finally nailed it!
Problem was...
Sway bar end links & bushes were faulty (just as others have found worldwide).
I'm stoked because Mitsubishi covered it under warranty even though my warranty ran out November 2011! Legands!
My car feels and sounds like new again!

Chris and I redid this last weekend with lock nuts (basicly a nut with a plastic thread that holds it in place), needed to redo them after a few old pac runs and what not
So for anyone doing this in the future use some lock nuts, like $5.40 ish for a pack of 5 from Repco
