Putting a Turbo in my Lancer

Hi Everyone,

I own a 2011 Lancer SX and I'm thinking of turbo-ing it in a few months when I get my open license. What I am curious about is what else do I need to do to my car other then putting the turbo in? Do I need to get a different gear box? Better breaks or what? Also is a specific type of mechanic that I need to get it done by so that it is completely legal?
