Hey Jay,
Sorry to hear about your car, just be thankful to god for being scratch free. Firstly search for your own repairer as I am with NRMA and they are not the best repairers. I have had a very bad experience with them. Somebody smashed into my rear at the traffic lights and she damaged my car badly damaging my left tyre, left side fender and my bumper completely. I decided to go with NRMA as they have a lifetime warranty on the repairs. First of all they didn't changed all my tyres maybe I didn't knew about and I didn't even ask but you should because of AWD. And secondly the NRMA mechanic forgot to put one bolt inside the wheel which is screwed to the suspension. Car was driving alright for first 3-4 days and after that I started hearing a quirking? like a sound coming from that side which is been repaired. I stopped by a mechanic and he checked the car and then told me about the missing bolt. He even showed me and I was so shocked to see and know how important that bolt was. He further said it is very very unsafe to drive my car, so I parked my vehicle and NRMA towed my car back and fixed it again in two days. Initially they took 5 weeks to repair my car so my advice is to search for a good repairer. I have heard a lot about Rigoli smash repairers in Campsie. They are very good and very professional. And good luck with your car.
