Find someone with small hands.
The high beams were a pain for me. I also scraped a bit of the silver reflector in the process.

Yeah it was pain for me too... and I have relatively small hands.
I found that making sure that you unplug the wiring harness first and completely move the circular plastic cap out of the way give you a bite more room to play with. Also test fit and see which way the bulbs need to be aligned (there are 3 holes with 1 a different size to the others) and then check that all three 'male' ends are in before you twist.
You need a whole load of patience too...
