The LED tail lights are awesome! highly recommended, however you will have to cut the original red bulb wires.

You might have a bit of trouble with the second set as they are tinted pretty black. It is important that the lights meet ADR standards and are marked accordingly. We did a group buy on these style tail lights a while ago and we made sure before the purchase went through that the lights were ADR stamped and were legal for australian roads just in case you got pulled over. You could show them the ADR stamp to show that the lights comply with them.
Your best bet is maybe try to get Ofey to organise a set for you or maybe go through MARS on ebay as he deals alot in aftermarket tailights which are located in australia. You have more of a chance of getting the ADR stamp on those lights than you would on the ones from overseas.

You shouldn't need to cut anything.
All the LED tail lights I have seen just connect into the existing connectors.
You may need to put a resistor on the brake lights though, as the LEDs have a much lower draw on the electrical system, and the car can often think that a globe is blown.

Hey Spiro,
Heaps of members her on ClubCJ have these fitted to their Lancers.
Our Chief Buyer: Ofey, (in Victoria) originally made a Huge Purchase of these LED Tail-Lights, but I'm not sure he is all sold out.
Ofey knows everything there is to know about these lights.
Strangely...the 2nd Ebay link, shows them as located in Victoria, but as Tadzorz suggested, they look to dark and might not have the ADR approval mark to be legal.
Unfortunately you don't have enough posts count to PM Ofey.
I will PM him on your behalf....and he will contact you.
Regards:Sam....
