ClubCJ - The CJ Lancer Club

Hi guys, I am likely to be getting a set of the LED Tail Lights today but these ones do not have the indicator bulbs. I was planning on getting them from SCA. Does anyone know which ones I should be getting? All I know is that they should be amber but I have no idea what size/type specification.

Mods, I am not sure if this has been addressed previously but I did try!

Thanks hoges, I remember my friend with a mazda had problems changing from a WY21W to a 7440 amber. So I guess I am sticking with a WY21W. Anyway, thanks again!

The WY21W is specific to the front turn signal... I know 'cause I tried a T10 and a 7440, and the plug is different - I've got the Phillips Silvervision bulbs in mine -
CJ Front with Silver Vision bulbs - No Orange Smudge

Rear is just a 7440, so as long as your replacement bulb physically fits into the opening of the housing, it should be fine....
(If you use a LED, then you may need the resistor fix to control the flashing speed)

What you want is WY21W aka 7440 amber.

SCA will have them as should any auto store.
Or you can order online either from ebay or these two sites which have plug and play LED bulbs to replace everything

no mitch cuz that is an led bulb it will cause hyperflashing which will get you in trouble with the po po...
