Hi!

I have a oem projector lights which i install in my Lancer 09 RX.
All light plugs fit into the projector and all lights are working except for the high beam.

I was wondering does anyone have this problem when they install a oem projector headlights to a normal lancer model??

Thanks

Hmm, I looked in the manual and found that the middle lights in between the projectors and turn signals are for active cornering not high beams? Don't know...

Yes the centre lights come on when your steering gets to a certain point.

We have a switch to turn them off.

The low and high beam are in the projectors only on the outside.

The switch is located just in front of the hand brake.

I believe it is the same type of switch as the stability control on the dash.

Lift up the panel around the hand brake and check if the wiring is there.

I would be surprised if it is plug and play in a RX.

The VRX probably have the wiring.

You would need some sensor for the steering as well I would imagine to make them work.

I find the lights quite annoying and not very useful actually.

The HID are an optional extra in the USA so maybe a dealer over there would be more helpful.

Yes one of those are for the switch.

You seem to be in luck.

I can find out for you which one it is, but if you purchase the switch then it might work.

If you know ant Aspire or Evo MR owners you can borrow their switch to test it.

I dont know if you need the switch to make them work.

Try turning your steering from side to side to see if they turn on.
