HOW MUCH! ADR Compliant (or best guess)?
Where can we get them?

Wow!! Nice but any red light emitting from the front of a vehicle is illegal. If they could just do the halo and projectors.... nice!

Further to my last, CinCityDesign website indicates that the red is not always displayed, moreover they have a switch to override this inbuilt. Want red, flick the switch!

Apparently these are legal. You send them your headlight and they modify it to suit whatever you want. So you can have blue angel eyes etc. I think ofey is securing a deal with these guys for these headlights AND/OR the Lancer Prototype headlights.
See here...
Made by the same people aswell....They are going to have a Bi-Xeon HID lamp in them and is going to be 100% legal in australia i believe...
Ofey knows more about it than me.

That concept x picture may be legal, but you note it has washers for the bi-xenon. Technically, if you don't have self-levelling and washers (as I am sure Adrian/Sir-VRX will attest), it is outside ADR. Saying that, I am sure the average cop would not know all the rules and would assume that the projectors are enough/adequate.
Anyway, it would look totally OEM, so who would pick you up on it anyways?!

Talking to Aspired at one of the melbourne meets, hes noticed that i think he said...The high level Holden Captiva and the high level Hyundai i30 actually have HID's without washers....
I havnt checked this out, but if it were true, either these manufacturers are realeasing un roadworthy cars or ADR are being a$$holes.

I think you mean the HIDs in a projector headlight would make it legal. However driving with red demon eyes (or blue angel eyes) on would be illegal

CinCity has stated there is an override switch for the coloured LED and accents. But, HID in projector is legal, but without self-levelling and auxilliary washers is against ADR (unless this has been waived in the cases mentioned above).

^^ Yeahhh sorry. Should of completed what i was thinking lol. Spend 4 hours cleaning out the garage today. At the start of the day, if i parked my car in the middle, i couldnt open the car doors fully....At the end of the day, I could.
Nuff said.
Basicly, the ones ofey is bringing in are apparently 'legal'. Dont quote me on it though.
If you get the prototype headlights with white lights for angle eyes etc, it would be legal as far as i know as long as though the HID's are in projection lenses. As for the dealy with the headlight washers is still up in the air. I hardly think headlight washers is something cops are going to pick up. And as long as though the lights are in the correct HID housing we shouldnt be able to be touched.
But, im no expert.

Just did a quick search on the new Holden Caprice, with HID, but no washers...?!?!? Anyone know why this is the case?
Maybe we have a green light to get some Concept X-style headlights!!!
Adrian, care to chime in?

The holden Captive, Hyundai i30, Mazda 3 (excluding MPS3 Luxury) and Toyota Corolla (Hatch, excluding Sportive ZR models) have projector headlights, but they are Halogen. (The Sportivo ZR and MPS3 Luxury have HIDs)
