65W HB3 in 60W bulb fitting Lancer GSR 2015

Hey all,
Lancer bulb list for HB3 is as follows - Head light, high beam: 60watts bulb: 9005 HB3
I am interested in the 5000k ultimate diamond vision lights from phillips. However, they are 12.8v and 65W. Will this then not work in my 2015 GSR Lancer? Or will it work, but a risk at 65w...?
