nothing illegal about that
as long as the bulb are white or if its hids it has to be in projector housing and have leveling switch then its fine
also eyelids are legal and can get them from ebay

Yeah I've been there with wanting nicer light but in NSW it is pretty much impossible to get legal 'white' light from your standard reflector housing lancer (unless you have an Aspire or an Evo with projectors). HIDs are essentially out as HIDs cannot legally be fitted to vehicles that don't fit the requirements.

Your best option that is ADR compliant are Philips BlueVisions which at 4000k aren't really that white, or many Narva globes which also aren't very white.

The lights in that picture are potentially Philips CrystalVision Bulbs or DiamondVision bulbs, though note they aren't ADR compliant.

Ah yes, Roxas Jr Ralliart.... sexy car.

What everyone else said... however I use CrystalVision on my car and have NEVER ever been questioned about it by Police in the many years I've used them.

And I doubt he actually has yellow foglights.. they just look amberish... Just use some basic foglight bulbs, which are yellowish in appearance anyway.
