Shadows, could you remake the fog surround cover (plate) to reuse the fogs but include a line of DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) along the top of the cover?
The line of DRLs only needs to be very thin but be bright enough for daytime use.
I know that the next-gen Ralliart may have this, but was hoping to have a solution that would not require a whole new bumper assembly to have the DRLs. Also, a truly integrated look would be miles better than stick-on SMD strips or something equally tacky.
My aim is to enhance the look of our current model with two options, one is to engineer the same look as the concept X and to add the fogs back again for the second option. I think having both would be very unique (and that being a direct drop in option; no new bumper required would bring it up a notch).
This is what the current Commodore facelift aims to achieve. So we would be bringing our vehicles up to the current thinking, and allowing us to run a bright forward light (but not headlight) and not running our fogs (which is now all but illegal when fog is not present).
The Holden Commodore look (and ostensibly what should be copied)
For your consideration.
