Well said Justin.
Segways r fun! I did them when I was in Canberra last year in the winter! soo much fun and was not expensive!
Thx 4 the info ash, 4 days sounds good!, there's a couple P/H days there so ill be able to score a couple days of before and after those dates so I can prepare for a good 8-10 hour drive!
Any idea if the Boys from Camden want to meet somewhere and we all drive up together( if u boys are driving? or want a lift!? ) hahahahhaha

I'm pretty unsure whether if I should drive or not if I do end up going.
I'm preferring to drive cos I find flights extremely boring and tedious (I got no choice when it's overseas flights though), and also because I'm probably gonna make it so that I go to Brisbane beforehand to meet up with some friends before I go to the meet and it'd be really handy to just drive around the place.
But yeah, not too sure.. I know flying has it's massive ups with travel times and honestly it'd be cheaper cos I'm not refuelling like a sped and not rackin' up KMs on my car (it's done 111 thousand already tbh I shouldn't be fussed). :/
What's the opinions that you guys would have?

Crayon Pop "straight-five engine" dance ftw.

It's over 2 hours for sure.. Adelaide to Sydney takes an hour and 40 minutes.
I've been on a road trip to GC before, took about 30+ hours. I'm fine with it tbh, haha. But yeah expenses and stuff I should consider and see how I go.

That's okay Yeah a lot of people were saying Easter wouldn't be good but I just saw it as everyone in the country has the same public holidays during that week so it would be a good chance. I plan on finishing early on Thursday so we can leave that afternoon

I'm driving because it's achievable within 2 days haha. I'm a bit sad about the km's I'll be putting on since I'm only at 16,000 at the moment. But cars are meant to be driven I guess. And I'm in the same boat, we want to see family while we're down there and I've been to Brisbane quite a lot without my own car and the public transport is good there, but I also like having the freedom of driving too haha

Okay guys, we've found a place that we think would suit the group really well and it will range between $192-$215 per person for the weekend, depending on definite numbers.
The house sleeps 19 people with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and as Tom, myself and my sister are already definitely in, there's only room for 16 more places. We have a list of the people who have shown interest but we'd like a little bit more shown
Can you please PM Tom or myself to let us know if you are generally interested in paying a deposit as soon as numbers are confirmed (deposit will be between $13-$15, again depending on numbers). Can you please also let us know your mobile number and/or email address to make contact easier.
