Hey Tomo are you guys are planning on driving only 8 hours Sydney to Gold Coast? I might have the wrong idea of your plans, but I only managed to do that with the WRX in the dead of night. I am not on P plates either.

Well I just smashed Melbourne to Woollongong to Gold Coast in 2 days.
There are roadworks along the Hume Highway. I don't recommend doing this run at night and unless you are totally nuts it will take 11-12 hours drive at least

Sydney to Gold Coast is 11 hours drive I mean! You will know you are close to the Gold Coast when the road smoothes out and you are going through some massive overpasses

Tomo - I believe Jade has the franchise on salads... :-)

That's right Alan crowned me Salad Queen 😊 but unfortunately I'm away for long weekend but perhaps I can catch up before and after to put some faces to names of those I've not before!

I noticed you made no mention of my chutney Martin lol are keeping that tight lipped to secure your source?! 😉

The coast road from Brisbane to Sydney is terrible and full of road works not to mention boring. Steve and I drove back from Sydney World Time Attack via Putty Road 😀 then New England highway in one day which was very enjoyable

ATTENTION: DEBRIEF PAGE 29

Hey guys. Goldcoast is just around the corner and no one knows what the hell is going on.
I've made a schedule which can be altered if needed to.
But I'd like to give you all an idea of what's going on.
I ask you all to provide feedback and suggestions and we'll consider it :D Or just do it w/e.

Please note that it will be "DOUBLE DEMERIT POINTS" on the Easter weekend.
So no hooning and no speeding. No 5km/hr over the limit.
Everyone must be on their best behaviour

----------------------------NSW----------------------------------
Before I begin, just need to advise those from NSW.
Please note that the below information is SUBJECT TO CHANGE !!!#@#^$&*#

Meet up: Bewora Truck Stop (Same stop as the Wollombi Meet last year)
I will get a google map location asap.
Arrive: Between 4am-6am in the morning. (Further discussion needed)
Depart: Half an hour after arrival
Maximum speed: 100km/hr. But 110km/hr can do whatever they want.
It's going to be a good drive.

27enemies, we need to organise some two way radios incase someone needs to piss in the fuel engine.

We will have a conference call tomorrow night (11/4/14)

----------------------------NSW----------------------------------

----------------------------GC------------------------------------
I did mention the GC schedule prior to this post. However I will repost again with more information.

Friday: 18th (Arrival Day)

On this day, we'll all meet up and say hi, get to know each other.
Check each other out...as in check each others lancers out etc.
We then allocate ourselves to rooms. Get famuliar with the house etc.

Then afterward we'll find somewhere for dinner and look around GC.
Ashley is apparently drinking on her own so you're all welcome to join her.

Saturday: 19th (BIG DAY)

Steves Cruise - Steve has outlined a 2 hour mountain drive.
We'll do this maybe around 10am or 11am in the morning.
Hungry jacks was the suggested lunch option unless otherwise.

But you don't want to eat too much because at night we have a BBQ going on.
Sausages, Kebabs, Steaks, (hopefully turbogirls salads), and any other suggestions
you all might want to add.

Sunday: 20th (Activities day)

Ashley desperately wants to go to Dreamworld I think. You can choose to come.
You can get tickets @ - http://shop.dreamworld.com.au/Tickets

Bring swimmers

Go Karts was suggested as well and I was hoping to go to the beach maybe.

Monday: 21st
On Monday, we must leave the house by 10am.
I'm sure all of us will be up b4 then.
Just get ready to pack, maybe get breakfast somewhere with the locals.

General Information (Important)

Breakfasts: For those staying at the house ONLY, Like shamoo did for Mt Gambier, I'm going to cook
Bacon & eggs plus toast. Including Fruit Salads.

Contributions and chip ins: I don't mind paying for some of the food I'll cook for the house, but a small contribution from those in the house
would be nice. No more than $2 donation per meal. But I'll ask for it depending on price.

BBQ: There's going to be a lot of us. I'm happy to provide sausages and kebabs, but with things like steak, that'll need to be BYO.
Simply because I'm not as rich as I'm supposed to be. Hope that's okay with you all.

Steves Cruise - The one thing I do NOT want happening on this meet is an accident or damage to anyones lancers.
We've had a few accidents down here in NSW recently due to silly mistakes or unforeseen stops.
Depending on how many people are coming to Steves cruise, I would like to let everyone know that

1. We may go in small groups on the cruises to reduce the chance of hitting someone. Maybe 3 minutes between each group.
2. Everyone must keep at least 1 car and a half distance from the car in front of them.
3. If we come across any idiotic drivers who are trying to show off in front of their mates, do not engage with them.
Let them pass and ignore them.
They will learn... I will always be a step ahead
