Erin and Ken are flying to GC a couple days beforehand. And Tim is flying up on Friday night I believe. So you NSW guys can organise the drive up on Friday on your own :P

*ATTENTION* guys and gals.

This is an important post as this determines the fate of our event. Not really... but the activities we do at this event.

Firstly. To the NSW Crew, we will be going up in a convey. We'll meet really early in the morning and we'll all drive up together. We want to leave early to avoid all North Sydney morning traffic. It'll be roughly 6 hours to Port Macquarie and 4 hours to Gold Coast from there. It shouldn't be a bad drive. As we have P platers and it will be Double Demerits, maximum we can go will be 100km/hr unless you want to be fully sick and go 110km to GC ;) Up to you to stay with us or not.

So our dates is as follows:

FRIDAY: 18th (Arrival Day)
SATURDAY: 19th
SUNDAY: 20th
MONDAY: 21st (Bye bye Meatstix day)

Some of our biggest highpoints of this National Meet is our beloved BBQ, Sleeper's Cruise and theme park world.

I was thinking of doing Steve's massive Cruise in the mountains on the say day as the BBQ and there will be alcohol involved at
night. But we need to do a theme park day. So should we do the BBQ on arrival day or the SATURDAY?
They will learn... I will always be a step ahead

Tomo, the cruise is only about 2 hours from Oxenford to Mudgeeraba plus stops and the meet point is at hungry jacks, i was thinking we could fuel up with burgers at late breakfast time and not bother with lunch along the way, take some munchies or whatever.
what do u think?

theres a burger joint halfway, so at about midday if u would prefer that but i`ve never been there *shrug*

up to u :)

Yes there will. :P

Okay guys so I've come up with a plan. I'm happy for you to suggest ideas.

FRIDAY: 18th (Arrival Day) - Just chillout after long drives. could probably head into town or beach.

SATURDAY: 19th - Sleepers Cruise & BBQ
SUNDAY: 20th - Theme Park world You can choose to drink or not. If you do, you can recover at the house LOL.
MONDAY: 21st (Bye bye Meatstix day)

Guys any further suggestions or thoughts, please share!
