Are you sure?
Is it just plug and play?

@ Alan.
So according to what you have Seen, Read etc ..... the Red Screen we have currently can be Substituted with the Blue/White Color Screen.
This being Correct means the Speedometer & Tachometer Dials remain the same.
Is this what your saying .... ?
If so ... then it doesn't make Sense because I don't think you would be able to purchase a Color Screen alone from Mitsu Spares.
I assume the Color Screen would come included in the Instrument Cluster Unit as one Complete Part.
Sam.
I wish you were correct .... I'd buy the Color Screen alone.

I am fairly sure the one you are thinking of is the member who replaced all his red led's with blue ones and not the new instrument cluster.
There is a "How to" on it some where here with links to EvoOz.

NO read all that too, much hard work swaping leds.
the problem is sourceing the screen on its own

Doesn't the new blue cluster have different function?
Things like adjustable indicator sound etc. I dont think those things would work.
I would love to get a second hand one and try it.

Hello, just to confirm, you can get the new colour cluster and it will work. I did it, all I needed to do was get the ODO changed to my current km so I could keep track of my service etc. But just plug and play.
So It works, so does fitting OEM HID lights I did that also. Picked up a cheap pair in the US all plug and play.
So awesome!
Good luck to anyone who tries,
I have had far more trouble fitting the damn X Factor mirrors to my car. So much work, so Little gain.
well it seems with all the work involved.
