Has anyone had a 2011 '4B12' ECU tuned?

I live in the US and my local tuner who's tuned the 08-10 Lancer says my 2011 (4B12 NA) ECU Rom is totally different from the previous years and is having trouble figuring out a definition for it. Does anyone know if any tuners that have defined the 2011s?

For what car? If its for a Lancer Ralliart yes i know a tuner that is tuning 2011 models.
What rom file do you have?

Oh sorry, this is for a 'VRX' 4B12 NA Lancer.
