Where did you get the cluster from and how much was it if you don't mind me asking?

I suspect Anthony will come back in abit to tell us what part he got but based on the PMR part guy, here's what you want to buy:

MI-8100B451 METER ASSY-COMBI
RRP= A$846+
CCJ=A$800

Obviously, you want the EVO version which will have the needle pointed downwards.

If you have no concern about this and just want the center bit coloured:
MI-8100B361 METER ASSY-COMBI
RRP= A$640+
CCJ=A$605

There are a whole bunch of these parts:

As you can see this only goes up to 180km/h for JDM Galant Fortis.
