Can you please provide/show the EBay link you purchased it from so we have a better idea of what to look for, when searching for a similar item.

The EBay link should still show the item eventhough you have already purchased it.

ok put the cluster in my car part no. 8100B361 and the centre is red.

Obviously the parts guy has all the part numbers messed up.

It looked right the speedo on the right side taco on the left, just when you plug it in all red, going to have to keep looking

I'll try and spend some time on the phone with the guy today to sort out some numbers.

Can someone confirm when we started seeing colour displays?

MY10 or MY11?

Mine is 2010 and its not coloured so it would be 11 up

This is a ebay link for a cluster from a 2008 Evo X GSR. (would be red in color)

Note that this was just for the cluster.
It looks you might have to re-use or purchase a front bezel.
I am yet to find a colour EvoX cluster on ebay or at wreckers.

2010+ MY10+ Evo X's will have colour.
2010 MY10 Lancers will not have colour.
2010 MY11 Lancers will not have colour (includes Ralliarts). Seems some late built 2010 MY11 Ralliarts have colour.
2011+ MY11+ Lancers will have colour. Actually...seems not all 2011 MY11 will have colour.

Probably something based on the actual build date.

I can conrirm that the correct cluster for the lancer with colour disply is
MI-8100B451 not MI-8100B361

MI-8100B451 My11 Cluster Colour Display Standard cluster not EVO

MI-8100B361 MY11 Cluster Red Display

Putting it in now, and it looks sweet so much better than the red, very happy, and now just have to get Odo changed as new cluster has 438 Klm on it.

I got the cluster at a great price, $175, as far as the how to there are a few How to's on taking the speedo out, I just followed one of those, I'll get photo's tomorrow.

Just so everyone know and I don't get a million questions, I tracked this one down by finding anyone wrecking a MY11 Lancer, it took a while to find, first one I got with info from this thread, turned out to be a MY11 cluster but red info screen (NOT HAPPY) so I did some more running around and found an MY11 ASPIRE with only 438 K's on it, asked for the part number for the cluster and found gold, the seller didn't even realise the display was colour, so if I find another I'll let you all know.
