MMCS Maps are constantly being upgraded.
I distributed some Ver 16 Maps i.e. 2009 ones last year.
We're now waiting for our network of members to obtain a Ver 17 Map i.e. 2010 ones which was released last month.
Stay tuned to the MMCS threads on this forum (use search).
I wouldn't advise using Subaru maps in Mitsus. One member got his jammed in this MMCS last year.
Servicing can be cut in costs by:
First asking the dealership mechanic to tell you what is to be replaced.
At my recent 45,000km service, I brought my own:
1. Engine Oil
2. Engine Oil Filter
3. Sump Plug Washer
4. Coolant
5. Brake Fluid
I'm not on capped price so My quote of A$420 ended up at A$240. My own parts barely cost me A$100. Remember @ 45,000km, they do flush your coolant and change over brake fluid. I also had to have my steering fluid replaced.
Even when your dealership's service takes consumables from their own part's department, they slap on a further cost to carry it from the store to your car.

Hi Ofey
I just realized I can't yet send a PM.
I was hoping I could trouble you for just a little more help with this wiring if you have that loom nearby could you post a few more photos? Showing both sides. I can clearly see one side but am guessing a little with the other side or if it's easier a little hand drawn diagram showing which hole has which colour (could you show the silver flecks on the wires)
If you could that would be great. If not I really appreciate the advice to date.
Thanks again

here are two more pictures you requested. This shows clearly where each wire goes as I've taken one from the top view and one from bottom view.
Only problem I see you having are the black wires. Both have silver flecks on them.

Partial success
Alright everyone, took me a few days but got the reversing camera going
Still haven't got Bluetooth. The phone button (on screen) under the hard menu button has disappeared
Behind all the secret menus the Bluetooth settings exist but not useable.
The phone doesn't recognize a Bluetooth.
So I spoke to dealer who tells me they would "probably" just order a new MMCS at an insane price because they are not serviceable.
I have sent an email to the OEM division of Parrot who I understand built the Bluetooth for Mitsubishi. Will wait to hear from them.
So I am stumped. Any thoughts?
My alternative is next time I am in Sydney to go to a car audio place and have them install new BT

Re: Partial success
So if this is a new car, this should be covered by warranty.
Even if you bought a demo, this should still be covered.
I don\'t think the fault lies with the MMCS but with the wiring loom.
as you have said, the hidden menus show the MMCS\'s BT hardware is detected.
Also, it is untrue that MMCSs cannot be serviced. Mitsubishi dealers can send the MMCS back to Kenwood Au in NSW on your behalf. They do a warranty swap replacement.
It\'s strange though that your BT is made by Parrot.
The ones in the older cars like mine are made by Johnson Controls.
