Hey i had bought a carbon fiber bonnet n had it installed, when i found out it was illegal i sold it, when i reinstalled my old bonnet the gap is uneven in certain parts, is there a trick to this is there special nuts for it that lines it up nice, cos i dont have the original nuts from the bonnet, any ideas?

thanks in advance :)

In my old car I had the same problem, I took it to the local smash repairer, they told me whenever they took the bonnet off, they mark the nuts before hand, maybe you need to loose the nuts and align them.

the nuts will cost you around 75 cents each from Mitsubishi. But before you pass on that enormous sum to MMA try undoing your existing ones. If there is a bit of play in your bonnet, try a slightly different position. Bit of trial and error should get it straight

Where are the gaps?

Your guards may need to be adjusted as well.
