Where would be the best place to buy the front V-Lip in a matte black color and of good fit and quality. I know RRM have them in matte black and Scorpion too but I have not been able to find much feedback about the quality of them. Other sources, like eBay only appear to have it in a gloss finish.

Black is what I am after, but I'm actually asking around about where I can get it in a matte finish. For example, when browsing the web, I've found images of the V-lips in matte and in gloss. I am after the matte finish. I'm not after a different color.

Peter: would you put up a picture of the Matte and Gloss finish of the V-Lips you've seen on the Internet?

I was the first person on this forum to import a V-Lip from Scorpion. They are made of PU and flex naturally. I note that these look shiny and are NOT the matte ones you want. I've yet to see a matte finish one and am interested in seeing it. if it is matte, it's unlikely to be the Scorpion ones and will not be made of PU. As a result be prepared to accept scraping and cracking.

Hmm, I thought Scorpion's one were matte. Anyways, I did put link up in my previous post, but here's a link from EvolutionM:

That V-lip is from Road Race Motorsports.

Whats that rubber spray that americans use to black out the centre-bumper?
That stuff. I might think of it later.

It comes matte black as seen on the product page here. Also note that it is made from fibre glass.

You don't want it to be made of FG.

High chance of scrapage on a front lip and eventually will lead to cracking.

Hmm, yeah good point. Just that it would look good in a matte finish to match the upper grill surround.
