I was looking around ebay for a boot lip spoiler, and came across this,
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/MITSUBISHI-LANCER-X-BOOT-LIP-SPOILER-/200559427295?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2eb245fedf#ht_2011wt_1055
What do you all think? I'm talking ofcourse about the top spoiler. Has anyone done this yet? I think I need to see it in person, or atleast painted before I can judge.

Watch out for the quality of boot lip spoilers- my friends with Civic FD's all ordered these off the net but found they warp in the heat over time which creates a very weird ripple effect on the shape of the spoiler causing light to reflect in a weird but noticeable way.
^ the above is in reference to a bootlip spoiler and not the roof one. I'm not a fan of roof ones in general as they are essentially stuck onto the glass and I feel they could potentially fall off with a strong wind or something... but then I've just had bad experience with double sided tape.

How about this for a Rear Window Top Spoiler.
I purchased this from
Scorpion Body Kits 1 1/2 yrs ago but never fitted it.
Eventually Shane Lazy_Eye saw it , liked it and bought it of me (brand new)
Don't know if he ever got around to fitting it though.
It attaches to the glass with the use of Glass grade Sikaflex.
From memory it only cost about $220 delivered. (not painted)

Wow that place looks like it's in Johor Bahru in Malaysia! Do we have CCJ members over there?

I reckon the Scorpion body kit one looks quite nice. Seems like something you would do instead of a vortex generator.
