bonet scoop add on

Postby lukeaday » Wed Oct 13, 2010 7:01 am

I was considering putting a bonet scoop add on from a 1998 model evo.

I have seen a few of these around town and was wondering where I can purcase one from.

are you thinking for visual effect? or are you thinking to place it close to the airbox?

I was thinking about something similar if I ever got an SRI setup.

Just for looks.
I have no intention of cutting any holes in my bonet.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't there a bit of mucking around getting an EvoX bonet to fit an ES body?

Also, I was considering wrapping both the Evo6 bonet svoop and Stock bonet in Di-Noc carbon fibre

Nope fits right. But the ES bonnet doesnt fit on the evo. This is because the evo bonnet has a indent for the intercooler piping which the ES does not. But yeah, evo x on es fits fine.
