Hello guys,
I was wondering what is the part number for the CJ VR lancer 08 spring part number?
I was thinking buying it online so that it is much cheaper but arent sure if the spring will fit nicely.
I've viewed a number of seller and they told me it was SKE20-AUB00?
I was thinking of getting a S.tech TEIN but have heard H&R is the best springs around?
Can anyone please tell me how is H&R compared to TEIN, Eibach and King springs?

it all comes down to the drop u want... all the springs are pretty good.... personally i went for eibach pro kit best of both worlds.... from what i heard its a pretty comfy ride and is lowered just right.... check out advance speed shop.... they sell all of em and is the cheapest price around atm that i found....

It's all about the drop you want and can handle on the roads.
I did the chopstick thing, I was tossing up between the Eibach Pro and Eibach sportlines, not sure about the level of drop. OK don't laugh, but I chopped up some chopsticks according to each drop and mounted them using blobs of blutack to mount the on the front lip. For the places I frequent, the sportlinr 1.7" front drop was too much scrapey scrapey. So I went with 1.2" drop. The idea is that the blu-tack stiff enough that after a drive if the chopsticks have scraped/been disturbed that will stay in their offset position after being pushed, so you can tell if you've "scraped" sometimes you can hear them... so horses for courses as they say.

just a question, if i lower my lancer, does it affect my warranty in anyway?

If you lower your lancer by changing the springs, say your shocks start to leak, surely you can't go back to Mitsubishi to complain. They can always say your springs caused it.

Your engine warranty will not be affected.
The warranty to your air conditioner in the car will not be affected.

It really depends then on which part of your warranty is affected.
