Ralliart front lip

Is it possible to fix a OEM ralliart front lip onto a VR lancer?

the ralliart doesn't come with a front lip?? unless you are talking about the cf ralliart front lip? any front lip for the ralliart will not fit the standard lancer front bar as they use different bumpers..
