Hi all. I just ordered a Talon rear diffuser, painted same as the image. It will be $450 delivered to Toowoomba from Sydney.

I will now need to twin exhaust mine... I am thinking of going to two short Redback sports exhausts split from the flange.

here is a pic of their car with one:

Should be here next week. Let you know how it goes.

I will even put it on with a single, just for stamps!

What does LPY's look like ?

LPY's is a Talon, so looks exactly the same.. but it is painted black.

I wanted the charcoal silver. I only paid $450 painted and delivered, so LPY's would have cost me more to buy, once the repaint is included..

I want the whole Talon kit... (well the lower parts as i'd keep my RX tail) as I don't have any airdams or skirts at all. :)

@tryg - haha... like I said in another thread... never had a 'cool' car in my late teens/ early 20's like some folks. Never had the money and had to spend a lot of time looking and dreaming.

I could easily go nuts and have a lot of people say: "why, it's just a car" lol.

Hearing you Scraver... I only had cool bikes, my last car was a Daewoo Matiz (I can hear the laughter now!). But, approaching 40 I wanted comfort!

Here is a news flash.. I received my diffuser, packaged up really well (nice work Talon), but it was in matt black!!!

Beware, the image from Talon of the maroon VRX's diffuser is actually matt black!!! Looks metallic grey to me!!!

So I called Talon and asked why the image looks one way and I get a matt black (looks hardly finished etc) and they are refunding me the painting cost ($100).

Luckily a local repairer fitted me in today and I picked a nice metallic deep grey colour ($130).

I should pick it up tomorrow.

Firstly, I think I gave Talon enough grief over the snafu, as I asked for charcoal coloured like the image, but in finding out that it was matt black, they painted without calling/emailing (silly). I asked for grey!!!

But, to their credit, they did offer to pay back the cost of their painting ($100 as stated earlier).

Hey, for a simple matt black (wasn't terribly good anyway) I want to work there!! They can pay me to blow some matt black paint over stuff at that rate!

You be the judge, does this look matt black?!?!?!?

I asked them to annotate this fact on their website!

I second that tryg..

Btw, are you going for the second dummy tip or getting a dual tip exhaust?
