Mitsubishi made an OEM spoiler like that, and it usually just got called a 'ralliart spoiler'. It might have been a Japan-only option, not sure.
This 'JOSEC' guy, from Spain, had one with good pictures (check the last page in that thread):

There was even a lip spoiler you could get so you could have t-t-triple spoilers
Around 2010, 2011, the only place I could find them to buy was straight out of Japan for like $800 unpainted, before shipping. Around that time, Ralliart (as a brand) was being shut down and just became purely a model of lancer, so they might have been discontinued not long after the sportback even came out.
I can't remember any aftermarket ones but that was 4ish years ago now. Maybe try ebay to see if they exist?
You might have some luck looking through those guys post histories as well.
