Debadging Pics

Postby chrisco92 » Fri Mar 21, 2014 7:57 pm

Hi guys,

The topic in question is not necessarily how to debadge, as after scrolling the forum I successfully removed my "lancer" and "es". However I have been unable to find any fully debadged lancers WITH a stock reverse camera on the rear. I like the clean look of it, however am yet to judge one with the camera on the boot.

Any help would be great guys

How strange. There's none on google :O.

Does it really matter whether the cameras there or not? I have one with badges and I can imagine it would look okay :P

Its more the look of the clean back that I like. But obviously alot are without a camera in it. Just want to see what it looks like. Its either to leave both diamonds or both off

Honestly Chris, I'd leave the Mitzi Diamonds on the car - I'm not ashamed of my car, and quite happy for people to know what I drive - I agree with taking the name badges off, but leave the Mitzi ones on there.

Maybe think about doing the front one in red?

Cheers!

I have been considering a swap to either the red, maybe possibly a carbon or black colour, rather than the removal.

I'm certainly not ashamed of my car at all, its my first brand new one and quite proud. It's just more to give it personality and set it away from the standard.

Any recommendation on where to look for the badges or if theres shops/garages that do it that would be great.

IMO, it looked a little too clean without the Diamond, I put mine back on, even with the camera, its a very large blank area.

tbh i hate the reverse camera on lancers, it looks stupid.
on ebay there are some reverse cameras that go where the number plate lights go.

Mine's a Sportback but I like it without the decals. I really need to centre my reverse camera too, one day.

I can upload a pic later of what my car looks like, as it has no rear badges, if you would like to see that
