To DO-LUCK or NOT?

As some of you may know I was in an accident where my blue vrx was hit in the rear, from further inspection it turns out that my CF do-luck trunk was more or less unaffected, there is a slight crack where the tail light sits in, easily fixable, not at the mounting points, further up. Which is not visible when lights are mounted and is structurally sound
Any way
As the trunk is usable I was thinking of putting it on my PB EVO, I have mixed feelings on doing this, some people have said it would be like neutering it and that it needs the spoiler haha, I don't really want to run the trunk an the spoiler (not a fan of that look, nor do I want to drill in to the cf) my heart says I payed a heap of money for it and I should put it on.
This is where you lovely people come in
So should I put it on the evo or not??

its ur car do what makes YOU and only YOU happiest ... personally id leave it alone and leave it as it is ... but i this the CF book will look 20 times better on the evo than the blue one because the evo is black
but its ur car ... i suggest do it see how it looks if you dont like it just put the other one back on

I'd definitely go with the do-luck but i'd go with body colour rather than dry CF

Haha yeah I think that it looked a little out of sorts on the blue lancer but I loved the look of it, as I am a fan of the smooth spoiler less look (with a bit of low of cause) never got to the low part because it was like hay lets buy an evo because I want one (and for credit history for a house of coarse
),
We will probably give it a shot, what is the worst that can happen, may be a while till it is fitted as I have to wait for a weekend that i can drive back "home" to fit it and other cf goodies

Yeah a wingless Evo looks sweeeet as if you have it lowered and put a set of really nice wheels on it.

Sell the CF boot to me. Cheap, obviously, you've just admitted it's faulty

keep the stock wing if you're staying with stock suspension and wheels.. as said above it will only look good with a decent drop and wheels
