Someone stole my front Mitsubishi badge

So some little bastard decided to steal my front Mitsubishi logo. So pissed. I didn't realise that still happened.
How is the badge attached? it doesn't look like its glue. Does anyone know if the badge is available on its own or is it part of the grill. I rang Mitsubishi earlier and they want a vin number and said it would be between 30 and 90 dollars. Are there any other options people can suggest.

Sounds similar to what happened to me. It happened when it was all stormy and rainy for the whole month and I didn't have work, so didn't use the car for a few days. On the day I used it when I did my inspection of the car, I was missing my left side skirt. Yes only one side, totally wtf moment, you'd think they'd steal both sides (LOL). And I found some of the clips around on the grass. Was not a happy chap that night.
All the best with your badge. I'm sure you will find a replacement. Maybe install one those LED light up front badges. ^_^

wow that sucks, 30-90 damn, try ebay seen some there cheap, had something similar happen to my mate, we went to the auctions to source some cars for his yard, we came back late at night, after saying goodnight to each other i was just about to walk inside when i heard a loud bang.... long story short his car was parked half on the curb with the drivers side on the road and the passenger side on bricks with 2x holden signature wheels gone we didnt realise he went to take off and the car was on the ground. i told him to put the car on the driveway were the cameras are pointing but he didn't listen.

They are attached with double-sided tape which will come with the part if you order from Mitsubishi.

Ordered one from Mitsubishi 50 bucks wow. Gave my vin number and said it is for the front in the grill. Picked it up today and it was for the rear. So they ordered another one which I am going to pick up tomorrow. Fingers crossed its the right one this time.

So I went to pick up the badge the next day sat and was told that it had not been delivered. Not happy. Got a MSG on Monday saying badge was in, left work early to pick it up, tried it on Tuesday wrong one again. Rang them up again and was told there is one more to try but I can get it tomorrow they already have it in stock. Tried it today and its finally the one that fits, so after all that it was one they had in stock and didn't have to order one.
HOPELESS!!!!
So after 4 trips and 3 different badges I have the right one. I hope they don't have these sorts of problems with important car parts glad I don't get my car serviced there.

Bit of a run around disaster, only takes one competent employee to make a positive difference hey? Glad its all sorted for you,, but it makes debadging it oneself even more appealing.
Is it chrome? Thought the badge was moulded with the grille, they must have pryed it out hopefully no nasty gouges on the plastic.

No scratch marks or anything, they are just double sided taped on. It is chrome

O.o well look on the bright side, the little b@$7erd who did it did you a favour and took care, how considerate.
Sisters Integra had gold Honda badges stolen, left scratch marks in the paint
