Hey guys I've been looking at filling a vent in my add on on the front of my car with a black steel mesh but the ones I have found have the spacing too far apart and u can see straight through. Anyone know where I might be able to find some??? And yes I've tried super cheap, repco and autobarn :)

What kinda of mesh?
Really depends how small the holes are and how close together they are.
you can get the welded mesh - which is what you saw at supercheapauto
You can get woven mesh, which like fabric is long bits of steel wire, woven between the horizontal and vertical lines and then there is the perforated stuff which is just a sheet of metal with holes punched through it.

What vent are you wanting to cover up? the fog lights or?

Sorry to sound like an ass, but have you tried Google? Plenty of options there if you're willing to go through it all.

Try this for a start. Maybe gives you ideas on what's available and what you might be after? http://www.locker.com.au/general-indust ... anded.html - they have offices in BNE so maybe they can point you in the right direction. But go through google, lots there...

Thanks Pete big help :) was just wandering where some good stuff maybe someone else has used. It's for the holes (vents) in the Evo front add on bumper. I'll have a look around :)

Cheers :)

Actually the autobarn stuff doesn't look to bad on, just looks a bit funny on the shelf. Think I might just do that !! Thanks rob! :)
