Hey guys,
If been reading/searching for things to do for my Silver Es, so fair it has dark tint and black 18's, as well as exhaust and interior mods. These are the possible things i want to do over the next few months:
(Feel free to criticize and give your opinions.)
Exterior:
- RT Extreme body kit (Bumper, skirts, rear diffusor - Same as CCJ member peanut) (http://www.talonbodystyling.com.au/body ... xtreme.htm)
- Black vinyl roof
- Black vinyl/Painted Boot
- Evo X side vents
- Evo X Bonnet (Black)
- Evo X Wing
- Fog lights (Incorporated with body kit)
- Any other suggestions?
Im the sort of person that wants to stand out and be unique compared to the rest of the lancers around my area.
But seriously, be honest - if you think its pointless/stupid let me know your opinions.
Cheers
Tim

I personally dont like the front kit on the talon, however I think the rear kit is the business.
Bonnet you will be a massive stretch on, your looking about 2k for a genuine one. Otherwise you just missed out on the replica evo parts group buy which had the replica bonnet in it.
Vinyling is good because if you dont like it you can just peel it back off however I think black on silver works better in accents rather than massive chunks. However im yet to see a silver cj with a vinyl black roof.
With the boot, an interesting design would make the black boot more appealing.
As for other stuff, the black out vinyl on the front vinyl works across all colours, maybe get some front air dams off x-factor design. You can also get a replica evo x spoiler through them....
Thats just me though

I was a bit the same with the front of the talon kit, but after looking at Peanuts I started to like it again, but i have plenty of time to save so im not in any rush
but yeah, defs not going full genuine on the bonnet - Just didnt have the money for the group buy - looking at a replica would suit me well. as well as a replica evo spoiler.
I have a huge attraction with two-toned cars, hence the black bonnet, roof and boot - maybe the first silver one to get it done
Appreciate it man

I was planning on going the 2 tone route aswell a little while ago, black bonnet, roof and boot however couldnt gather the funds up in time and also didnt want it as much as i used to.
Perhaps once I get my new wheels and coilovers I might consider it again however I dont think its the look im going for.
Best of luck with all your mods man

I have a 2.5" cat-back exhaust at the moment, hopefully some 4-2-1 headers in the next few months, High-flow cat, high-flow filter and the RA intake with the free intake mod. But all of these will happen during the exterior process.
Might start a post with my progress like you Brian:)
