Yes Blakey, you are correct to discuss all modification to your insurance. I meant more in regards to the repairs.
Organise repairs and mods with repairer then tell your insurance about the changes.

Tadz, had a thought about you other side wheel that is scratched, could you claim that when the car hit you it pushed the car into the gutter and scratched it that way??

It is one thing to do it, but keep it to yourself. Dont trust anyone. If I worked for AAMI it would be real easy to find your details and report you.
I would delete your post or modify..

Why not just replace the part that is damaged? No wonder insurance premiums go up every year....

Thanks man, dont worry, i was thinking the exact same thing, but the rims on the other side are thrashed by the gutter (not me) and the one thats getting replaced actually looks like it could have been caused by the person backing into me.

Merry christmas to you too...And merry christmas to all here at ClubCJ and your families!! And thanks for your ongoing support for tadz and his broken CJ =)

True that bd

Maybe i should just forget about the RA bar and just get the stock bumper without the kit...Saves me a pants load of trouble and wont give me any hassles later on down the track...
