Not any one. As the drill holes I believe will be different.
I bought mine from a mob in Taren Point who buy theirs from some manufacturer but sell them locally. They have the exact same bolt positions so it's matter of remove the existing one and put on the new one.

The evo 9 spoiler mounts with two holes. The hole towards the rear of the car lines up perfectly, the other does not.
